If you don't know the name in the picture above, then you need to learn it. Donell Pumphrey is the nations leading rusher with 891 yards and a 6.9 per carry average. He has rushed for over two hundred yards twice this season. 281 vs California and 220 against Northern Illinois. And now he gets his chance against a Fresno State defense that is allowing 270 rushing yards per game this season. We are looking at the chance of Pumphrey to go over the 300 yard mark in this game.
The Bulldogs are a bad team overall, they are 1-5 with their lone win coming against Sacramento State. They did manage to play Nevada and Tulsa close but that is not exactly comforting news. Fresno is only averaging 23 points a game while giving up 36.
Pumphrey should run wild tonight and the offense should have no problem. Fresno State QB play is uncertain considering Virgil has the third worse completion percentage in the nation and there are rumblings about playing Kline some more like last week.
Pick: San Diego State -17
Bonus: We also like Memphis -12 tonight
Happy Betting and Good Luck!!!!
