Week one menu continued

So while our prime rib sliders are cooking in the oven we are going to need something to snack on during pre-game. Look no further than to a dish that is quickly becoming a staple at tailgate and football parties. Buffalo Chicken Dip. I first tried this dish at a MLB All-star game get together a few years back. I fell in love right away. For such a simple dish its hard to beat when it comes to dips and appetizers.

The ingredients consist of five things. Chicken shredded (either fresh cooked or canned both work great), Franks Red Hot, Ranch Dressing, cream cheese, and shredded Monterrey Jack or what ever cheese you prefer. Don't for get the tortilla chips and you are ready to go

This app will definitely please the crowd and yourself as you get the main dishes ready for your guest.

Betting Futures on the National Championship

We are going to start off the day by discussing what we think are the best odds to take on a team winning the National Championship. Now it may seem obvious that Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Michigan, and USC should all be favorites this year and they are. Which is why we will stay away from them. If you are very confident in a team then throwing a couple hundred on say USC at 7-1 would seem like a easy bet. $200 to win $1,400 would be a nice win. but your odds of hitting that are few. So today we are going to focus on those teams that a $20 bet would bring great profits.

Oklahoma State 33-1

Oklahoma State is gong to have one of if not the best QB/WR combos in the nation this year. Mason Rudolph and James Washington should wreak havoc on opposing defenses this year. Justice Hill will run behind a veteran line so this offense is going to put up 40 ppg this year. So whats the problem? Defense! This defense will be decent but look for them to give up big plays and hope the offense can match them. The schedule sets-up ok but if they are going slip up it will be the back to back road games at Texas and WVU with Oklahoma waiting in the wings the following week in Stillwater.

Louisville 40-1

Lamar Jackson is back. he was electrifying last season but he lost his top three targets from last season so those new inexperienced very talented youngsters will need to step up. Could defense be the difference on a Petrino coached team? Seems unlikely although they had a really good defense most of last year and they do have nine starters returning. If new defensive coordinator Sirmon can get them on the same page they could be a really good defense. A revenge game in Tallahassee is going to be huge. For this bet to have any chance they have to go undefeated!

UCLA 100-1

Josh Rosen should be better this year and you will have cross your fingers he stays healthy. UCLA has plenty of weapons to work with even though the PAC-12 is a lot better than last year. Jedd Fisch is in control of the Offense this season and he has to find a way to get the running game going so that teams aren't just targeting the pass rush on Rosen. The defense will be manned by probably the best safety tandem in college football in Wadood and Pickett but the rest of the defense will need to gel early. One major problem with this bet is UCLAs schedule. Road games to Stanford, Arizona, Washington, Utah and USC might be too much to overcome in the end.

Some other interesting picks that just missed our list

Texas 40-1
Tennessee 75-1
Oregon 100-1
Arizona 1,000-1

College Football Thursday Night!

Welcome sports fans. We are here to start the sports weekend off right tonight. Starting tonight we have a great weekend of betting available. We will have NFL, College Football, College Basketball, NBA, and Daily Fantasy.

Tonight we are starting with Utah @ Arizona State. Utah is still looking at winning the PAC 12 South while the Sun Devils are trying to become bowl eligible.

Let's face the facts that ASUs defense is horrid especially against the pass where they rank last in the NCAA this season. Their run defense is only allowing 114 yards per game though. ASU is also 5-0 ATS at home this season. But injuries have really hurt what could have been a promising year.

Utah has been Utah. A very balanced attack averaging 212 through the air and 214 on the ground. Their defense is allowing only 22 points a game. There is the possibility of a hangover from last week.

We believe that the Williams boys control this game. Joe will control the clock and keep ASUs offense on the sideline and Troy will will make throws down the field when it opens up. We don't think their will be a hangover and Utahs defense will get just enough stops to cover.

Pick: Utah -6

College Football Saturday!!!!

Welcome everybody to College Football Week 10. So far this season we are hitting 26-13 for 67%.  We have made it to that time of the year when Vegas really seems to be dialed in. My job is to find the mistakes they have made and bring them to you. Lets hope I stay good at my job this week.

Navy @ Notre Dame 11:30 am

Notre Dame has not had the season they envisioned heading in. They have struggled against foes they should have easily had the upper hand on. Is it the talent or the coaches? We are not sure but one thing we do know is it is time for them to hit their stride, and who better than against a Navy team who got their season dreams dashed last week. Navy will still be hung over from the loss last week.

Pick: Notre Dame -7

Wisconsin @ Northwestern

Don't let last weeks game confuse you on this one. Wisconsin is the better team. Northwestern had their shot at gold last week and could not get it done. Now the have to face another physical team that should wear them down.

Pick: Wisconsin -7

Florida State @ NC State

NC State has lost two straight since missing the field goal against Clemson. A blow out loss to Louisville and a 7 point loss to BC. FSU will come in and control the game. State might put up some fight early but look for FSU to pull away

Pick: Florida State -7

Iowa @ Penn State

As I'm sure you have noticed I have took all favorites and two on the road. Sounds crazy right? But here is one we like. Its time Iowa, yes I had my doubts about the Hawkeyes early but now I believe the upset happens in Happy Valley.

Iowa +7

TNT NBA Thursday

Hey Sports Fans!

Sorry I been gone a while. The Cubs had me on edge for the last week.  You see that game?  I shitted about 10 bricks and almost threw up, especially when Chapman gave up the ass in the bottom of the 8th inning.. Anyway,  all is well here in the CHI. GO CUBS!!

LETS GET TO IT!

Record
NBA:(4-1)

Boston vs. Cleveland(-11.5)
Boston is into town against the league champs as a very heavy underdog.  Boston is coming in feeling confident after beating a pretty good Bulls team.  However, they're also coming in on the back end of back to back games.  Last night's game against Chicago came down to the wire with Boston winning by 4. That tells you what?  Well, it should tell you that all their starters were in the entire game last night and should be tired coming into tonight after travel.  Also, after Lebron and his teammates attended & witnessed the Indian's heartbreak, they might be extra inspired to give the city a W to help ease the pain.

Pick: Cleveland (-11.5) - 2 unit Play

NFL: 12-10

ATL VS. TAMPA (+4.5)
It's about time Tampa Baby shows the hell up this game.  The defensive line that I foolishly believe in, for whatever reason, is going to show up.  I'm sure of it.  Matt Ryan and the Falcons are just clicking on all cylinders and it super hot.  However, my gut feeling is to go the other way...so that's what I'm going to do.

Pick: Tampa +4.5 (1 unit play)

NBA 11-3-16

Hey DFS fans we have some cheap plays for you tonight.  Kris Dunn and Jamal Murray should both be great cheap plays tonight.

I love this lineup for the simple fact it has w\Westbrook and Durant and I could see this game becoming a pissing contest. Only down side is all of the low dollar players you have to play with them.  Good thing with this lineup all the low dollar players are projected starters.

Westbrook 12,900
Roberson 4400
Durant 10,200
Draymond 7800
Pachulia 3700
Jamal Murray 3700
Amir Johnson 3900
Tony Snell 3400

Thursday Night College Football!!!!!

Now that the World Series has concluded, but let me say it was an epic series, maybe the best series ever. We can get back to some football!  Tonight we are going to look at UCLA @ Colorado 9:00est on FS1. Is the magic back in Boulder? It sure seems like it. The Buffs are sitting atop of the Pac-12 south but still have a rough road ahead of them as they still have Washington State ans Utah at the end of the year. They are giving up just 18.1 points a game and putting up 35.4 per game. Colorado is 7-0-1 this season ATS (against the spread) 4-0 at home and 4-0 as the favorite. Folsom Field will be rocking tonight with the Blackout.

UCLA has been one of the most disappointing teams in the nations this season. Starting the season as a playoff contender to now being 3-5 (1-4). And now their star Josh Rosen is out with a shoulder injury. UCLA has not got any breaks go their way this season but they are also not able to create breaks for themselves. The Bruins defense has only given up 30 or more points twice this season, both were losses.

Colorado might come out tight in this game. Lets face it they are not used to being talked about and playing in games that matter this late in the season. Lindsay should have a decent game and Liufau will be able to find some seams and holes in the Bruins defense but they must take advantage of them when they are there. UCLA is not going to just rely on the run in this one with the Buffs defense they will need to have a balanced attack and while Falfaul has been decent the 8 ints in three games does not help UCLA chances.

UCLA is 1-7 ATS 1-3 as the underdog and 0-4 on the road. Everything about this game screams Colorado. But we are going with the Bruins +13. Here is the stat we really like, UCLA has not lost a game by double digits all season.

pick: UCLA +13

NBA Must Plays for 11-2-16

Today in the NBA we have some cheap players who will help you extent your lineup with Anthony Davis, Westbrook and Harden.  First of all Al Horford is out so that should allow Tyler Zeller and Jonas Jerebko to get extra minutes.  I believe both of Chicago PF are must plays as well.  Taj Gibson and Mirotic should have a field day with no Al Horford.

Kemba and Batum should both be good plays going against a weak back court of Philly.  Jahill Okafor should also see extended minutes with Embid being out. My last cheap play is Seth Curry with Dallas back court being beat up.

7PM
 Deron Williams 5200
Derozan 7800
Batum 6600
Millsap 8000
Howard 7600
Bledsoe 6900
Okafor 4900
Zeller 3000

8pm
Thomas 7300
Butler7700
Crowder 5600

DFS NBA 11-1-16

Alright DFS fans lets get down to it.  Lets try to get some example lineups for the games tonight.  NBA has some great matchup and none more fun to watch than GS Vs Portland.  Man what a fun offensive game this should be.  Two quality and cheap plays come from this game with Alan Crabbe and Harkless for Portland.  They both should log quality minutes and be able to get out and run.

The other low money player who is a must play is Kris Dunn.  He will be making his first start and a lot of people think this will be the time he steals the starting PG position from Rubio.  I personally love Mike Conley in this matchup.  Conley will be going against Kris Dunn and should really exploit this matchup.

Ok so lets get down to the lineups.

For the 7pm matchups:

Mike Conley 6600
Alan Crabbe 4000
Durant 10,500
Anthony Davis 10,800
Mason Plumlee 4600
Kris Dunn 4100
Joe Johnson 4900
Aminu 4400

830 Matchup

Lillard 9500
Klay 6500
Leonard 8600
Draymond 7700
Plumlee 4600
Crabbe 4000
Harkless 4000
Joe Johnson 4900

I love San Antonio players but beware that they get up on Utah and not get a lot of minutes.  I would suggest a lineup full of Portland and Golden state players in the late contest.  Should be a high scoring affair.

Enjoy the game and the Picks from the Stewart Boyz

NBA Monday Night

Happy Halloween everybody. Hope you all are enjoying. I'm going to throw a quick pick out for the gGreat White as he is unable to post. We are 4-0 on NBA early in the season. Tonight we are taking the Chicago Bulls @ Brooklyn Nets. Chicago has been playing above there heads to start the season and we believe Brooklyn sneaks in and steals this one ATS

Pick: Brooklyn Nets +6.5 (as always buy the hook)

Good luck and happy betting!!!!

DFS NBA

Hey Daily Fantasy Fans we have limited games to choose from but so many options when it comes to players.  Pretty simple, the Clippers players should be great plays tonight.  They are in the last game of the evening and going against phoenix run and gun offense should really allow for the clippers to score in transition.  Also, one of my cheap plays of the night comes from this game.  Austin Rivers should get a lot of game time with phoenix guard heavy system and he is only 3300 on Draft Kings (DK).  Austin should provide stat filling ability for cheap!  The rest of my plays I like tonight are Trevor Booker(Nets), Tim Hardaway Jr (ATL).  Both of these players should also be cheap to mid level play and are both under the radar.  Good Luck

Saturday College Football

Welcome to Saturday College Football!!!  We enter this Saturday picking 68% on college football picks. Let's see if we can keep it going today. This Saturday has the making to turn the college football world upside down. In other words be careful today. It could be upset Saturday!

Baylor @ Texas

Yes the Texas defense has been better. But better against Kansas st and Iowa State. Not really juggernaut offenses. Baylord defense has yet to be tested by any team with a decent defense

Pick: Over 75

Arizona State @ Oregon

Here we have the magic number of the week it seems. Over/under 75. This game could very easily be a game that gets over a 100. And we think it does

Pick: over 75

Good luck and happy betting!!!!

Cal @ USC 10-27-16 Thursday Night Football

NBA Thursday 2-0

NBA Thursday
Sides 2-0
Totals: 0-0

Good Evening MoneyMakers! We back & in effect for 2 more NBA plays for tonight. Let's get ready to cash.

Chicago vs. Boston(+1.5)
Normally I not in a rush to be a "Homer" but I'm kinda feeling the hometown Bulls on this one. Boston is not in mid-season shape and they have the unfortunate pleasure of opening the season with a back-to-back.  They was up on Brooklyn last night by double digits when they're bench gave up the lead.  With a few minutes left in the game, Brad Stevens was forced to put his starters back into close it.  Their guards are kind of small versus the Bulls and I see Boston possibly tiring out.  That's my only real logic here as Boston clearly has the better talent.

Medium Play: Bulls -1.5
Image result for Bulls vs. Boston

Sacramento vs. San Antonio (-8.5)
You would expect San Antonio to go crazy against the Sacramento Kings.  Popovich is legendary. Kawhi just ate the Golden State Warriors for dinner, and the Kings are the most dysfunctional franchise in the NBA,..right below  the Knicks.  However,  Demarcus & Coach Joerger is clicking early.  They just got a win last night and should prove to be more than confident with a re-tooled roster and with a seemingly better system and style of play implemented.

Big Play: Kings +8.5

NBA WEDNESDAY!

Hey Guys.  "Great White" is here with a few NBA picks.  I suggest going small on these as it's the first week on of the season and nobody knows much.  Vegas barely knows this early. Although they have a general idea, it's a fair statement to say that the playing field is level for the first week.  Anyway, here we go:

OKC vs Philadelphia +9.5
Pick: Philly +9.5

Logic:  I get it. Russell is gonna go off.  Of course he is.  But he's still one guy.  What about the rest of his crew?  They lost KD of course, but most importatnly...they lost Ibaka.  That means no real big men to handle Embid and Saric. Philly also added veteran leadership to their backcourt with Gerald Henderson and Bayless.  Both teams have to learn each other so Philly should be able to do enough to not lose by 10 points.

Detroit vs. Toronto -7
Pick: Toronto -7
Image result for Toronto Raptors vs. Detroit
Logic:  Toronto is gonna come super fired up following last year's promising playoff run.  They added a somewhat stretch four in Sullinger, who should play well alongside Valenciounas.  DeRozan and Lowry and already in game shape following the Olympics.  I see them going crazy at home against Detroit, given the spread.

We'll leave it there as these are the only two I can say I like.  No need to risk anything else.

 Good Luck!
